The Sara Residence 

an excellent International Student Residence

'Sara Residence' is located at walking distance of the UGent and Howest University Campuses, including 'The Level' and 'The Penta'. It has excellent student rooms, fully equiped for a mix of International and Belgian students.

 

This student residence accommodates 19 students. It has 4 independent flats, one on each floor. Each flat is a unit that accommodates 4 or 5 students.

All students have a private room and share the kitchen and shower with the other 3 or 4 students in their unit.

​

All student rooms for rent are well furnished by the landlord. Anything that you miss from home can be provided by simply asking.

We always try to have a good mix of International and Belgian students, and between boys and girls.

 

'Sara Student Residence' is situated in a good neighbourhood with lots of students. There are lots of trendy food shops and take-aways nearby. You will find all the daily things you need around your place, including supermarkets and laundry shop.

The city center and all other places in Kortrijk can be reached in less than 5 minutes with a bicycle. The bicycle is a must-have for every student in Kortrijk. Students can rent a city bike in Kortrijk at a very cheap price.
