The 'Erasmus House' is a cosy renovated townhouse that accommodates 5 or 6 students. It has 3 single student rooms and 1 big duplex room.
All students have their private room and share the kitchen and the shower room with the other room mates in the house.
The Erasmus student house is in a good neighborhood with many students. The supermarket DELHAIZE is at 50 m walking distance and at 100 m there are laundry facilities.
We always try to have a good mix (2-3) between International & Belgian students, and between boys & girls.
All student rooms for rent are well furnished by the landlord. Anything that you miss from home can be provided by simply asking.

These are the all-in rents for the accommodation for 1 person that includes all amenities like electricity, heating, and water.
The rent is to be paid monthly and upfront.
The first month has to be paid at the booking.
Erasmus students do not have to pay a guarantee deposit.
