The 'Roeland Flats' is an International student residence with a very central location.
Situated in front of a small park, next to the 'Track Center'. The campuses of UGent University and Howest University are at walking distance.
'Roeland Flats' accommodates 16 students. It has 4 independent flats, one on each floor. Each flat is a unit that accommodates 4 students.
All students have a private room and share a kitchen and shower with the other 3 flatmates. Some rooms have their own private bathroom.
'Roeland Flats' is located in a good neighbourhood with lots of students. There are lots of trendy food shops and take-aways nearby. You will find all the daily things you need around your place, including supermarkets, and laundry shops.
We always try to have a good mix of International and Belgian students, and between boys & girls.
All student rooms for rent are well furnished by the landlord. Anything that you miss from home can be provided by simply asking.

These are the all-in rents for a single room accommodation for 1 person that includes all amenities like electricity, heating and water.
The rent is to be paid monthly and upfront.
