Single room accommodations
Rent : 400 € /month, all inclusive except electricity.
This is the all-in rents for a single room accommodation for 1 person that includes amenities like water, unlimited internet, and maintenance services.
Electricity (heating) is paid seperately.
The rent is to be paid monthly and upfront.
The first month has to be paid at the booking.
Erasmus students do not have to pay a guarantee deposit.
A draft of the lease contract can be sent to you by email at your request.
A lovely guesthouse in a private park,
a great place for 2 Erasmus students,
phd students, promotors or guest professors.
The name "Coach House" refers to the history of the house, which was originally a space for the horse coaches and for the groomsmen who took care of the horses.
The owners renovated the Coach House in their park as a guesthouse for their children to stay during the winter and summer holidays. As the private park with its Coach House is located near some universities, the owners decided to offer residency to international students during the school semesters.
The private park and its Coach House are situated in a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of trees and lanes. At walking distance from the nice university campusses of VIVES and KULAK University.
The other universities, like Howest and UGent, and all other places in the centre of Kortrijk can easily be reached in 5 minutes by bike or by bus. In Kortrijk, the students usually rent a yellow student bike during their stay at a very cheap price.
The Coach House can easily accommodate 2 people.
There are 2 single rooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a very cozy, spacy, and fully equipped kitchen.
The Coach House is also ideal for a student couple or for 2 friends. The students make use of the communal kitchen, shower and toilet. The pictures on the side show some general views of the house in the park and the rooms.
All common spaces like the hall, the kitchen, the staircase, the shower and toilet, are cleaned on a weekly basis by a cleaning lady.
Several practical things are provided and included in the price: toilet paper, small waste bags to use at your desk or in your room, cleaning products, kitchen utensils, etc...
These services allow the international student to concentrate on the studies he or she came for and not on their student accommodation. An ideal place, in a peaceful park, for having a fantastic experience in Belgium.
